Reception is Black Tie - We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a black suit and tie and women wear a floor length dress.

Since our Ceremony is earlier in the day, guests may wear cocktail attire.

While we know your children are adorable, we would like our special day to be an adult only occasion.

If you plan on driving, there will be parking at the two hotels where we have room blocks (see details and links on the Accommodations page). The Philadelphia International Airport is just about 25 minutes away from Wilmington and there is the Wilmington Train Station that is 5 minutes from the hotels.

For those of you staying at the hotels, we will have transportation from each hotel to the Reception. We will also have transportation available to bring guests back to the hotels at the end of the night.

For those staying at the hotels, we recommend going back there as we will have shuttles that will take our guests to the reception. There is also a bar and restaurant in the Hotel DuPont, and local spots such as Deco and Tonic which are within walking distance from each hotel.

For those who are local or do not wish to go back to the hotel, we recommend checking out BBC or Pizza By Elizabeths - two of our favorite local spots to grab drinks!
